Headhunter

About the role:
We are looking for a talented Headhunter to join our HR department and help us to fill the open positions in our company with qualified individuals.

A Headhunter will source potential candidates using social media platforms and reach out to them via phone, email or social networks. The ultimate goal is to timely place the qualified candidates and build strong talent pipelines for a company’s current as well as future staffing needs.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a Head of Human Resources and hiring managers to define the requirements for vacant roles

- Actively look and target qualified candidates through professional networks, internet sites, and social media channels

- Conduct in-depth research to source the best-qualified candidates & research updated sourcing techniques

- Prepare and send recruitment emails to qualified candidates

- Connect to professional forums and social media groups to interact with qualified candidates

- Follow up with the applicants on a timely basis

- Maintain a social media presence for the purpose of recruiting and advertising for the company

- Research and recommend new sourcing techniques and tools

- Provide recommendations and suggestions of candidates to the HR department

Requirements:
- Fluent English (written & verbal) (C1 level and above)

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is a plus

- Previous recruiting experience (domestic and international) in a technical field

- Exceptional persuasion and communication skills, especially when sending recruiting emails and making cold calls

- Experience with effective sourcing techniques and job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)

- Sound knowledge of all sourcing tools/techniques (e.g. portfolio sites, resume databases)

- Ability to multi-task and manage various open roles at the same time

- Excellent time-management and organizational skills

- Ability to make sound decisions while working in a fast-paced environment
