Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our successful spin-off Trama, we are looking for someone with an eye for detail, a process-oriented mindset, and good communication skills. Someone who will:

Execute the registration of new trademarks, including:
- Preparing the forms
- Double-checking of the quality of information
-Submitting of applications through online forms.

Will become the main point of contact for the finance team as well as other vendors Trama has been using. This means you will:
- Process invoices
- Manage the information regarding costs, revenues, etc.
- Preparing various reports

Over time, come up with new ideas on how to improve the efficiency of our internal processes.
