Senior UX Designer

We are looking for people who love designing things other people love. Are you someone with 5+ years in user experience and mastery of a prototyping product of personal preference such as Sketch, Invisio, JustInMind, or Axure? What will you create:
- clients’ brief analysis, research, design, and concept development
- communicate design solutions with clients
- creating websites, web, and mobile app wireframes/prototypes
- prototype testing, evaluation, and optimization
- develop our products
- research & analysis, personas, customer journeys, site maps, wireframes, user testing
- working on projects mostly from NY, SF, and Prague
- building startups in US
- use the most up-to-date technologies and test them

What we expect:
- 5+ years in user experience
- Skills in customer research and good knowledge of research tools and draw conclusions in a variety of formats (customer segments, personas, customer experience maps, etc.)
- Data analysis skills: the ability to collect, analyze and draw conclusions out of data (e.g. deep understanding of web/app traffic and conversion funnel data; good knowledge of Google Analytics; ability to analyze and conclude from business data such as for example call center data, etc. )
- Business acumen: Ability to translate business needs, KPIs and business case to UX scope and deliverables (and vice versa: based on data to define UX interventions that have clear and measurable KPIs and business targets that translate into measurable/tangible results such as growth, retention rates, cost savings, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of design thinking, experienced in rapid visualization (sketching, paper prototyping, story boarding) as well as prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Invision, etc. Needles to say able to create simple and beautiful solutions for end users.
- Working knowledge of, and experience with, UX design across platforms, browsers, and devices.
- Has experience in creating solutions from scratch as well as redesigning existing ones (been through all the stages of design from discovery and research to design, test and measuring the impact of said solution/idea).
- Worked with Product Managers, the business and technical teams to determine different approaches to support business solutions - can find a way to work with different teams and profiles
- Able to present clearly and convincingly for clients
- Able to develop the team and work with juniors as well as seniors
- Passionate advocate for customer experience and strongly data driven in his/her UX work
- Ready to work as the UX designer in a multidisciplinary team, ready to advocate for user centric approach
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks based on team needs. Proactive and early communication to ensure successful delivery on time
