About the role:
This role will fully support local HR administration part.

Your key duties and responsibilities:
• Phone communication with candidates and employees;
• Assisting in arranging and scheduling production operators interviews;
• Documentation and contracts preparation;
• Scheduling and assistance in testing of newcomers but also occupational health preventive medical checkups coordination – precontractual employment relationships;
• Full support with onboarding programs with all increased preventive measurements and social distancing;
• Registration and support of training program – to be dedicated/ contact person for shop floor trainers in production;
• Front office for production employees/ calls and employee guidance – in any kind of assistance and reporting as well as partner for any communication for them;
• Full support in distribution of PPEs and employees packages locally;
• Any further assistance for local HR and LT team.

• Quarterly bonus after the trial period - max. 10% from the monthly salary of the employee (based on the results of the production plant)
