About the role:
The role of the Maintenance Excellence (MEx) Engineer is to support the implementation of any Global MEx initiatives in the Michalove plant, including supporting the local team with their Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, ensuring the site delivers tangible, measureable improvements to equipment reliability.
Your key duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for auditing and coaching plan for all TPM Project Teams and update the TPM Project Plan in I-Nexus
• Custodian of the TPM Training Material – ensuring any local material and templates are aligned with Global standards
• Responsible for defining and supporting the implementing the all the Asset Condition Management and 2 of the Work Execution standards of the uptime elements and complete an annual audit of the uptime elements to assess progress made towards ISO 55002
• Complete the annual refresh of the Equipment Criticality assessment to support the site to define its TPM expansion rollout plan
• Develop the sites Breakdown Data Analytics and reporting, MTBF, MTTR etc.
• Expert in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) able to train local site champions in 9 Step Global RCA Process
• Ensure TPM Visual management is consistent across site
• Lead the annual audit of Maintenance Foundations systems and agree with local team prioritise aligned with Uptime elements
• Identify and share local best practices to Global team and other sites
• Owner of the Early Equipment Management (EEM) TPM methodology supporting and coaching site
• Confident to design and facilitate workshops to support the Mex Strategy / Roadmap
• Support the Local TPM Light rollout
• Support the local CI team implementing any activities in the site Transformation plan for the Optimise Equipment Performance Pillar Objectives.

• Ability to interpret and report complex data in a clear, concise and methodical way
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and/or statistical packages (eg minitab)
Education / Qualifications:
• Degree or equivalent in an appropriate technical discipline - preferred
• Certified Reliability Engineer (Reliability.com) - preferred
• Six Sigma knowledge/certification - preferred
