Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking to recruit a Quality Continuous Improvement Engineer to manage and lead projects focussed on Quality improvements within a highly regulated medical Industry, responsible for:
• Implementing statistical sampling across the business,
• Running Quality improvement projects (5 projects per year expectation)
• Training / coaching statistical techniques and Six sigma methodology
• Identifying opportunities for improvement within the Quality environment
• Driving regulatory (FDA) & ISO compliance across the business – Sampling plans, Validation etc.
• Supporting all Quality related improvement activities

• 5 years experience in the Quality department in the medical or similar regulatory controlled industry
• Strong background in the use of problem solving skills and statistical analysis
• Experience in implementing / delivering successful improvement projects
• Six Sigma Green Belt certified - prefered
• Quality experience – related industry
• Good statistical knowledge
• Problem solving experience
• Regulatory knowledge ISO / FDA compliance experience
• Ability to work with teams and individually
• Good communicator
• Possible travel (10%)
• Good written and spoken English
• Minitab or similar experience
• Strong background in the use of problem solving skills and statistical analysis
