Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a skilled test automation engineer who would help our client take testing of their mobile applications to the next level!
Responsibilities:
• Review of requirements and specifications
• Get high level overview about the functionality
• Effort estimation for dedicated test tasks
• Test cases definition
• Test data preparation
• Design, implementation and maintenance of automated test scripts
• Implementation of an adequate tools for mobile application test automation
• Test case execution
• Defects reporting and retests
• Regular test status and test progress reporting to Project and Test Manager
• Review of software delivery quality from test perspective and sign-off
• Ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the test and quality requirements
• Participation on test and project related meetings
• Other test tasks according to instructions from Test Manager

• Experience from banking environment is nice to have
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification is welcome but not required
• Advanced knowledge of automated testing
• Basic knowledge of SQL is nice to have
• Familiar with test data management
• Knowledge of Jira, SoapUI, Bamboo, Selenium, GIT is nice to have
• Reliable person able to work alone and deliver on time, proactive in communication with other stakeholders and teams, excellent problem solving skills, ability to use own initiative and ability to recognize risks and escalate issues
