Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our client is looking for a skilled business analyst in the field of Master Data Management to enrich their team.

Responsibilities:
• Establishing Master Data Management guidelines, procedures and definitions for Master Data Domains
• Designing, developing, and implementing Master Data Domain models
• Populating initial Master Data models with data from existing source data systems
• Ensuring that data definitions and management principles are standardized and harmonized across master data domains.
• Ensuring high data quality and limiting risk of business process interruptions, while improving process and system effectiveness.
• Establishing MDM KPI’s to establish transparency and performance objectives in quality, productivity and integration readiness, based on industry standards.
• Creating and leveraging the relationship with business process owners and data stewards to enable system integration and data driven planning capability
• Managing Master Data infrastructure and components (Orchestra)
• Utilizing previous hands on experience with Orchestra EBX5

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum of three years of experience in large scale IT Development environment with strong and direct customer contact. Experience in development of large scale data warehouse and BI solutions are beneficial
• Good knowledge of BI solutions and architectures (Reporting and DWH concepts / implementations)
• Banking or financial institute background are beneficial
• Highly motivated personality associated with high target and result orientation
• Strong customer, result and service orientation
• Independent and flexible working style
• Profound social skills and strong communication and motivation skills
• English on communicative level, German as an advantage
