Test Manager

We are a group of IT enthusiasts developing the application for the healthcare sector in Slovakia and abroad.
We offer a unique opportunity for QA Tester to realize his/her vision and help us to create a testing strategy.

We expect that our Leader will define:

- the testing strategy :)
- the testing plan
- the testing tool, content, and the structure
- the test cases
- and manage all the documentation
- and organize the work of the whole testing team
- the job description and help us to staff the right people for the team

We need as well from you to have:

- technical and programming background
- experience with automatized testing is very welcomed
- experience in the field at least 3 years
- ability to communicate to the team as well as the customer the plan and strategy
- "can-do" approach and drive
