• II/ III-Level Support and Planning
• Responsible for the Incident, change, request and problem management process for applications and application servers
• Operation of middleware application containers (tomcat, JBoss, wildfly, WebSphere)
• Delivery of complex nonstandard orders
• Known error documentation, Knowledge Base responsibility

• Advanced Linux knowledge
• Experience with Apache, Active MQ, Tomcat, JBoss
• Perl Scripts, Bash Scripts, RHEL OS, LDAP, Python scripting is advantage
• General Overview about Java and J2EE platform
• Knowledge one of: Tomcat/Apache/JBoss/Glassfish/WebSphere
• Experience in ICT services in large organization is a plus
• Experience in ITSM according to ITIL is a plus
