Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Valuation and deduction of measures in cases of unexpected security relevant events with Active Directory based environments. (SIEM)
• Administration and support of the centralized SIEM and Logging infrastructure (HPE ArcSight) for international customers
• Working on the further development of the SIEM solution within projects
• Working on tickets within ITIL based processes (Change, Problem, Incident, SR)

• Advanced literacy in Microsoft technologies, specifically Active Directory, Windows Server and computer networking
• Good communication skills and ability to efficiently work in a multinational teams and projects
• Experience working in an ITIL oriented company is a plus
• Willingness to travel on short business trips abroad
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Advanced spoken and written English
• German language skills are a plus
