Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Operation and administration of Active Directory (incl. File/Print services), PKI and Windows server
• Troubleshooting problems within the environment
• 2nd and 3rd level on-call support in non-office hours
• Keep the environment documentation accurate to comply with the security and operational standards and procedures
• Handle Incident, Problem and Change management tickets in accordance with SLAs

• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with MS Windows Server of current versions (2003, 2008R2, 2012R2)
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with MS Windows Server related configurations, including Clustering, WSUS, Terminal Services (RDP-TS)
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with MS Windows Active Directory and related services: Network & network services (DNS, DHCP), print services and Network based (NAS) as well as Windows based file systems
• Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Knowledge of MS Windows scripting languages and use of command line (PowerShell)
• Willingness and interest in operating MS Windows Server based environments
• Willingness to perform on-call support
• Good communication skills and ability to efficiently work in a multinational teams
• Experience working in an ITIL oriented company is a plus
• Willingness to travel on short business trips abroad
