• Administration of Microsoft basic services
• SharePoint 2007/2010/2013 or Office 365
• 2nd Level Support for incidents
• Operating change and release management processes
• 2nd level on-duty support in non-office hours
• Establishing and documenting best practices for SharePoint
• Contributing to the establishment of SharePoint support
• Developing technical documentation for all assigned work related to SharePoint
• Responsibility of SharePoint Farm backups and restore

• Good knowledge of MS Basic Applications (e.g. Office 2010, 2013)
• Good knowledge of Windows based operating systems
• PowerShell scripting knowledge related to SharePoint is plus
• Professional experience of at least one year in IT-Services, preferably achieved while working for a service provider
