- Management and implementation of projects end-to-end in the UNIQA Lean Delivery model
- Responsibility for the implementation of the projects on time and within budget
- Contact person and interface for internal and external stakeholders and departments
- Responsible for cost estimates, project controlling, budgeting and forecasting as well as resource planning and regular reporting to the relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring and complying with the UITS quality standards for project management and implementation of quality controls
- Proactive risk management in projects from risk analysis and risk identification to risk mitigation measures
- Responsibility for implementing mitigation in the event of problems in projects as well as deriving and securing accompanying measures

• Experience with IT (large) projects in implementation, integration in multi-layered system architecture and distributed systems
• Experience in leading projects for the introduction of new systems or new technologies
• Experience in dealing with outsourcing infrastructure and service providers is an advantage
• Powerful: You solve difficulties
