Náplň práce

  • Responsible for HR budget spend management
  • Administrative tasks (signatures, scanning, storing personal folders, archiving...)
  • Organization of employee social events
  • HR Team Logistics - meetings, trainings, catering
  • Raising HR purchase orders for all activities within HR
  • Point of contact for local intern employees, responsibility for documentation/collecting
  • Responsibility for all HR communication going to sub/site / Managing distribution lists of all employees
  • Localizing benefits

Požadujeme

  • Fluent English language is necessary
  • Previous experience with HR as advantage (HR advisor, HR administrator...)
  • Interest in HR processes, technology
  • Eager to learn new things
