JOB DESCRIPTION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Recruitment, staffing and termination processes
- Cooperation with personal agencies
- Support managers in Training and Development area, Talent management
- Maintain and improve employee relations, job satisfaction and job motivation area
- Provide support in internal communication
- Staff council communication partner
- Responsibility for compensation and benefits area
- Cooperation with finance and payroll department
- Develop and maintain people related policies, processes, employee handbook
- HR administration
- Contribute to health and safety
- Provide support to HR business partners and other HR colleague
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
- at least 2-3 years of experience in HR department
- university education (Master's degree)
