Job description, responsibilities and duties
Trenkwalder IT Services is searching for an IT specialist for implementation, configuration, administration and support of Microsoft Exchange environment with the following competences:
- Exchange Server 2010/2016
- Exchange Online
- Office365 Tools
- Exchange Hybrid Architecture (On premise & Cloud)
- MS Azure Cloud
- MS Hyper-V 2016
Your working time will be shared between:
- Support and short term tasks (40% to 60% of the time depending on the period)
- Implementation, configuration and long term tasks (40% to 60% of the time depending on the period)
Main tasks:
- Design, develop and implement new solutions
- Work on implementation projects within your domain of expertise and in coordination with other IT team members in Bratislava and abroad (Austria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey)
- Provide 3rd level technical support
- Maintenance and monitoring of IT Systems
- Solve technical problems (mostly on Microsoft platforms) registered on the internal IT service desk system
A good command of the English language is mandatory, good knowledge of German language is an advantage. Other European languages knowledge are welcome (Hungarian, Polish, Romanian etc…).
