DISCOVER THE ROLE
Workplace IT Engineers (IT support) is where all these technologies meet up. The ideal candidate for this role is a customer-oriented IT individual. They will be facing end users on daily basis and ensuring the technology is delivering its utmost. This role will be great opportunity to start your career in IT within international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting problems related to day-to-day operations, hardware and software use by TMF employees working in the office and remotely;
Monitoring and managing tickets;
Preparing workstations for operation in accordance with TMF standards;
Maintenance IT infrastructure in the office;
Provide Hand & Eyes support to regional IT teams;
Organizing and tracking assets of inventory using the proper tools for it.
Key Requirements:
English on minimum B1/B2 level;
Fluent Slovakian or Czech language;
Understanding in Windows 10 and end user peripherals;
Good analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills;
Customer service oriented, with good communication skills, patient, and able to provide guidance to end users;
Understanding of Microsoft technologies, active directory, NTFS and share permissions, backups.
