• Resource management and employee data management
• Daily communication and close cooperation with colleagues in Germany, Switzerland and Slovakia in terms of staffing our resources for each project
• Resource reporting for projects / Managers
• Daily close cooperation with Managers from EU countries
• The operation set up of conditions for external service providers (preparation of contracts, communication with other depts.)
• Maintaining data quality and resources through the life cycle of a project
• Participating in process optimization
• HR Back-office administration and support of HR corporate processes

• Training focused on soft skills and technical skills, external certification
