Business Development Executive/VP Sales
The Brooks Group (brooksint.com), one of the fastest growing consulting firms in Central Europe, the United States and Canada, has a senior position for a business development executive to assist in the growth of our business in Eastern Europe.
With an office in Bratislava, we are looking for a seasoned sales professional who is comfortable conversing at the President/CEO level. This individual will be comfortable selling an intangible service, and will have an understanding of relationship selling at the most senior level.
Ideally this executive will be coming out of another consulting organization where they have been a Partner, Associate Partner or in a similar position where they have participated in bringing in new business to the firm. They must see themselves as a very senior sales person who has exceptional boardroom presence, a broad business background and the ability to carry on a high level executive meeting related to issues/problems that a decision-maker may have in his/her organization.
This is a unique role and the rewards of the position are numerous. This executive will play a key role in the “front end” activities. In addition, the compensation plan is especially attractive with an excellent base and incentive compensation based on sales.
