CZ/SK Speaker - Sales & Tender Reconciliation Associate

Roles and responsibilities:
- Work within the team to ensureTGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility
- Investigate, resolve or escalate queries/differences and disputes as required
- Coordination of all Sales reconciliation team tasks and activities
- Balance sheet reconciliation responsibility (explanation of movements, issues etc.)
- Period closure activities
- New processes set up (with cooperation with other Finance teams)
- Checking the accuracy and timeliness
- People management
- Sharing knowledge and best practises with other colleagues across CE
- Following the instructions and fulfilling assignments given to me by my line superior and delivering ad hoc tasks
- Providing reports required by Manager
- Ensuring 100% compliance to Audit and any other regulations the process deals with
You will be great in this role if you have:
- University/College/High School degree preferably in Finance & Accounting
- Senior Role - 1- 3 years’ experience in Finance
- Lead Role - at least 2-4 years’ experience in Finance
- English intermediate
- English upper-intermediate is preferred
- Advanced MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) knowledge
- Time Management
- Numerical ability
