As a customer and colleague engagement team leader you would be afundamental part of the Customer and Colleague Engagement Services and beat the forefront of the business - the foundation of how we deliver for customers and colleagues every day. Whilst specific responsibilities will be dependent upon the changing needs of the Tesco business the essence of the position will be:
• acting as a mentor and lead for the customer service associates,
• ensuring standard operating procedures are current and adhered to by your team,
• supporting the performance of your team by providing structured guidance, expectations and accountability to improve performance in line with process,
• creating a culture of highly engaged colleagues who are passionate about their role in serving shoppers a little better every day,
• delivering our key metrics and performance measures,
• collaborating with resource planning to deliver agreed service levels.

• Experience of using MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
