-Responsible for managing availability issues in cooperation with Supply Chain, SRD and stores with the help of GAP tool file, and making sure that all products with serious availability issues are temporarily delinked from the website.
-Responsible for managing store reported issues every day and collaborating with stakeholders to solve these problems within a short time.
-Managing of PSA file.
-Working with SOH report in case of limit changes or new line implementation.
-Working with exclusion report.
-Managing of audit report.
-Responsible for sequence file.
-Making of report to keep update the other departments.
-Working closely with store team to solve range and availability issues.
