Aká bude vaša práca u nás?

Whilst specific responsibilities will be dependent upon the changing needs
of the Tesco business, the following provides an overview of the role’s key
responsibilities and measures:
• Own the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) process for assessing new
uses of our customers’ data and work to streamline this process to
provide a great service to stakeholders, and ensure alignment of the
process across other data governance teams.
• Managing requests from business units to use personal data in
new ways.
• Coordinating the inputs of Legal and Information Security, and
escalating key issues to the senior governance group.
• Monitor current uses of customer data in the business and feedback to
the team to inform future policy updates.
• Feed back into the policy development process from experiences and
findings in the business.
• Inventory management (by keeping up-to date internal inventory of
customer data and customer data flow maps, identifying and facilitating
the use of inventory outputs across the business; GDPR readiness in
close cooperation with Legal/Data Privacy Team (e.g. recording
processes, legal basis for processing etc.).
• Overviewing of internal SARs(Subject Access Requests) management
process to ensure that every request from individuals (data subjects)
regarding their data protection rights is handled in compliance with the law, internal polices and in a timely manner.
• Participating in internal Incident Breach Management Process.
