Responsible for the development and implementation of world class training solutions for our CE Online HO and store colleagues to improve their capabilities, colleague happiness/retention, customer satisfaction and operational KPI's.
Responsible for creating and delivering the training plan/strategy and managing the training budget
Identifying local talent with the insight of the local operations teams and create a development plan to ensure business continuity
Responsible for version control of all training materials and to ensure all relevant colleagues have access to them
Owner of the CE Online training library
Working close with the country Online Operations Teams and ensure compliance of all recruitment, training and validation processes
Providing regular updates to the leadership team on recruitment, training and development
Collaborate with cross functional teams like the Academy, People and Legal teams
