Aká bude vaša práca u nás?

The aim of the position is to determine and assess the factors influencing the sales performance of the company as the owner of a crossfunctional cooperation with other departments in a role very visible across the organization. Managing people, ensuring the flow of information, gathering and analyzing the relevant data from internal and external sources, consulting with the experts and stakeholders, taking and presenting the learnings are all representing the key responsibilities of this position. As a member of the Central European Marketing Trade Planning team it is also of great importance to provide the leadership with up-to-date analyses, support and take part in the decision making proactively. Although the responsibility is firstly about the Slovakian market, the position is offering a good view on the other Tesco-markets across the Central European region.

• Analytical mindset with the capability of understanding quickly and improving further complex processes and projects
• Bachelor or Master’s degree on the field of Business administration (Marketing preferred).
• Experience in team-leading
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, result-orientated personality with positive thinking with an ability to handle stressful situations
• Fluent English
• User-level knowledge of Microsoft systems (Excel, Power point, Access)
