Order handling and invoicing
As an Order Handling Coordinator you will ensure high quality in all your work with a great sense of responsibility. You will become part of the Group Logistics department in Malacky and will be in close contact with the colleagues from our other locations.
After thorough introduction, your key responsibilities will include:
• Order handling
• Invoicing
• Monitoring customer portals
• Updating data in ERP
About You
You succeed because you have a structured and positive approach to your tasks. You have good interpersonal and collaboration skills and respect for cultural differences.
You are service minded and have a good record of meeting deadlines.
We expect you to have two-four years’ experience in a similar position. A relevant educational background within logistics or sales is welcome. On top of this, you speak and write English effortlessly. Speaking good German is a big plus. Knowledge of Axapta or similar ERP system is an advantage. You are analytical, pro-active, detail-oriented and trustworthy with an ability to embrace changes through your innovative mindset.
