Job description, responsibilities and duties

The key activities are around:
- Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support business decisions at local and regional level.
- Discuss financial performance and results with respective Production and Supply business managers and finance stakeholders, pro-actively highlighting deviations from targets.
- Execute key reporting processes to ensure timely completion of budget, standard costing, latest estimate and actual information requirements, in accordance with established financial frameworks and group deadlines.
- Develop, implement and provide scalable, sustainable and insightful financial reports and reporting tools that meet the needs of P&S managers and controlling leads.
- Key user for SAP / Data Warehouse.
- Execute and prepare SOX controls as part of a compliance framework.

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
The successful candidate would have the following soft skills and experience:
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting preferably supported with post graduate professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, Qualified Accountant etc.).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Financial Analyst, Reporting Analyst or similar role, Controlling experience or an insight to regional/cross-region Controlling processes is an advantage.
- Understanding of reporting, budgeting, forecasting and month-end close processes in a multi-national company.
- Experience working in an international environment in a complex matrix organization.
- Sound understanding of key financial concepts, solid theoretical background in finance and accounting.
- Experience in the understanding and effective communication of financial results to non-financial staff.
- Open-minded and committed team player who is a valued contributor to the team
- Capable to work seamlessly in a remote support model with Production & Supply business and finance stakeholders to ensure delivery of objectives.
- Draws accurate conclusions from financial and quantitative information and can support effective decision making within the Production and Supply function.
- Good working experience of ERP systems (SAP) and financial reporting systems and tools
- Exposure to Manufacturing industry and Cost Accounting (Production/Manufacturing, Supply Chain) is strongly preferred.
- English, any other language is an advantage.
