YOUR MAIN TASKS IN SHORT?
- you are part of a global 24/7 customer support team
- you manage follow up and troubleshooting pipeline
- you communicate with crew members, field engineers, 3rd party network operation centers
- you are technical support for communication products (data, voice, services)
- you support remote service testing and activation
- you are analyzing data records in order to isolate the fault and resolve the incident
- you monitor internal network
- you update internal databases
- support of internal projects
