Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Mapping and analyzing current state business capabilities, processes, and data flows
- Writing functional/business requirements to define solutions that meet target state designs
- Ensuring alignment of business requirements with detailed system requirements
- Documenting use cases and business scenarios for use in solution testing
- Facilitating User Acceptance Test (UAT) planning and execution
- Strong functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations
- Verification of feasibility of Business User's request functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures
- Rotating emergency service support shifts
