Job description, responsibilities and duties

ITSM Specialist/Process Manager main responsibilities are related to maintenance and improvement of Elixir (MSF SITS ITSM tool based on TopDesk SAAS solution) as well as designing, mapping, and codification of our operational/business processes. Secondary responsibilities are connected with coordination of training requests globally and assistance with internal training plans, shaping the future of SITS employees. The role reports to Service Delivery Manager.

You will be responsible for:

  • Being a point of contact for requests and incidents in regards to Elixir
  • Maintenance of running setup
  • Design and development of processes and new workflows and improvements
  • Leading and/or participation on a project related to the implementation of Elixir within the movement
  • Marketing and developing of a positive image of Elixir globally in MSF
  • Hosting in house training sessions
  • Assistance with LinkedIn administration and extending the reach of the product
  • Contact with external vendors/workshops providers to facilitate internal training needs

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Experience related to ticketing tools/system administration
  • Business Process Management or any process management experience
  • ITIL v3/v4 and LEAN Six Sigma certificates are advantage
  • Fluency in professional English, both spoken and written
  • French is a plus
