Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Salesforce Developer implements solutions for customers using the Salesforce.com platform. You will support consultants and architects in designing the solution and takes lead in deploying all parts of the full solution to customer’s production environments.

Your responsibilities:
  • Taking part in analysis and estimations of the software solution
  • Suggesting, scoping, designing and implementing the software solutions based on the customers requirements
  • Develop solutions for customers in the Salesforce ecosystem and enhance existing solutions
  • Provide technical advisory within a customer project
  • Take initiative to highlight any issues in the selected solution approach
  • Prepare test cases and strategies for unit testing and integration testing
  • Deploy developed features to customer production environments
  • Perform code reviews to identify basic technical and logical errors
  • Working hand-in-hand with our Business Consultants within our international offices and Business Consultants of our customers
  • Working very independently as well as in teams

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Experiences with Salesforce in all facets of software development including analysis, design, estimates, coding, deployment and documentation
  • Preferably experience with system integration development and configuration of at least one integration platform (Informatica, Jitterbit or similar)
  • Understanding of cloud computing principles, the Salesforce setup and configuration capabilities (Trailhead)
