Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you a fresh graduate interested in HR & Payroll? Do you speak French? Are you good at paying attention to details? Great! Start working as a Junior Payroll Analyst for the leading global e-commerce company.

You will be:

  • gathering and validating data for the payroll calculations from different teams (HR, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Stock, Global Mobility)
  • performing series of payroll controls and analyses
  • cooperating with the HR Services team on employee payslip queries, legislative updates and country-specific queries
  • executing post-payroll activities by reporting to local authorities and finance teams
  • having an opportunity to impact the processes and come up with new solutions

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Intermediate (B1)

  • preferably 2 years of experience in HR/Payroll/Finance/Tax or Accounting
  • English - upper intermediate (B2) AND French - intermediate (B1)
  • advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOK UP and other formulas)
  • good analytical skills and ability to pay attention to details
