Job description, responsibilities and duties
Looking for a skilled ERP Consultant to join our team to design and implement new functionalities and stand-alone solutions into the ERP system with 5+ million users worldwide.
The ERP system is a well-designed universal platform with an exponential increase in the number of customers. It covers most business processes and at the same time brings the possibility of endless expansion of functionalities. We implement this system with full support for the regions of Slovakia and the Czech Republic. We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to create an analysis of the current state and design new customised solutions for our customers. We develop modules for areas such as accounting, human resources, warehousing, supplier management, manufacturing processes, e-commerce solutions, document management and so on. The system is already used by a wide variety of clients of different sizes in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Our team use modern business analysis, management, software development and maintenance techniques. As a consultant, you will often use words such as: Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF, Agile, Scrum, ArchiMate, BPMN, UML, Reference Architecture, Processes, Logical Model, Integration, etc.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Estimation of the scope of projects within the pre sales activities
- Active communication with the client
- Configuration and setting of the ERP system
- Demo presentation for clients (demonstration of ERP system functionalities)
- Business analysis using the principles of Enterprise Architecture
- Design of new optimal solutions in the field of digitization, automation and integration
- Create documentation in Enterprise Architect tool
- Modeling in ArchiMate and BPMN languages
- In the case of small projects, also the management and planning of activities
- Active cooperation with the sales and product team
- Support of proposed and implemented solutions:
-- Close cooperation with analysts and programmers
-- Work in the ERP system
As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 1100€.
