As IT Business Analyst, you'll drive the requirement engineering of our cutting-edge tools and platforms. We're seeking someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatic mindset, and intellectual curiosity who is focused on achieving meaningful progress.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyse business requirements in close collaboration with the Product Manager
• Translate complex business terminology into technical language and vice versa
• Create clear, concise requirements and acceptance criteria that are unambiguous, complete, consistent, and verifiable
• Design and optimize user journeys to enhance overall experience and efficiency
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Create tangible metrics for tracking user adoption and business impact
• Present technical progress to a broader business audience

• Previous experience with business analysis, requirements engineering, and software quality assurance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to work with tight deadlines and adapt priorities as organizational objectives evolve
• Experience presenting applications and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and collaboration tools like Azure DevOps and Confluence
These are additional nice to haves:
• Educational background in quantitative field (e.g. mathematics)
• Experience in the Re-/Insurance industry
• Hands-on experience with software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization techniques
