About the Programme

We are looking for graduates with strong interpersonal skills, who are eager to learn and broaden their knowledge and expertise. You have a Bachelor, Master or PhD degree with up to 3 years professional experience – we invite you to apply to our graduates@swissre programme 2023.
The programme offers you the chance to join the dynamic, fast-moving world of a leading risk knowledge organisation. Over an 18-month period, you’ll receive on- and off-the-job training, including a job rotation that gives you the opportunity to work across different business units.


About the role

Swiss Re is partnering with SAP to develop solutions based on the latest S/4 Hana in-memory technology to meet these challenges, implementing a new general ledger, insurance and asset sub-ledgers, cost accounting and reporting solutions. Current focus is on Local IFRS roll out for selected legal entities and rollout of the IFRS accounting standards for Swiss Re Group.
As a Transformation Business Analyst you will be working with different project teams to analyse business processes & requirements, specify IT solutions, and work with the development teams to deliver these solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the Finance solution landscape, the internal and external regulatory reporting requirements, the usage of information used within Swiss Re for financial steering and for external reporting, as well as work with the latest technology capabilities from SAP.


About the team

Teams within Group Cost Management & Planning Product Area are globally distributed, diverse and dynamic operating in Agile way of working with full e-2-e ownership for the product. IT teams are globally distributed with footprint in India, Switzerland, Poland and Slovakia. We support internal customers based mostly out of Slovakia and Switzerland.

• Successfully completed university degree in Computer Science or equivalent (e.g. mathematics, physics, and engineering). Additional Finance or Accounting training is a plus.
