An exciting opportunity has arisen for a non-lawyer to join a highly motivated, multi-jurisdictional legal team! This role is a brand-new mid-level position (Assistant Vice President, E Band) which offers a rare opportunity to introduce legal processes to the digital world as well as managing existing processes

As the Digital Operations Process Officer, you will actively manage and continuously improve existing legal processes as we design, create and lead the implementation of new processes, with a strong focus on adoption of digital tools.

What are the key responsibilities?

- Manage current processes: legal reporting, operational risk management, continuity and prioritization plan, KPI
- Project manage iptiQ Legal priorities and support the implementation of digital processes;
- Support General Counsel iptiQ in creation and development of new analogue and digital processes, controls and reporting for various audiences
- Demonstrate digital fluency with a variety of tools, lead development of analytics and insights into our processes
- Support development of legal risk playbooks and other guides and creation of visuals
- Contribute with ideas, proposals and actions to create engaging upskilling initiatives

About the iptiQ Legal Team

We are a multi-jurisdictional team composed of 25 legal professionals based in Asia Pacific, Europe and the US, and we continue to grow as our business expands.

We are organized in 4 sub-teams, iptiQ Corporate Centre legal team being one of them.
