Job description, responsibilities and duties
Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As the Operational Resilience Manager, you'll be tasked with working with business units and cross-functional teams to identify and safeguard our critical business services. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.
About the team
The Operational Resilience CoE leads the implementation and evolution of Operational Resilience at Swiss Re, We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced business continuity or operational resilience practitioner to help steer and drive this topic.
In your role, you will…
- Contribute to the creation of regulatory compliance policies, standards and models related to Operational Resilience
- Perform analysis of end-to-end value chains, including identification of single points of failure and interdependencies, and determining risk tolerances
- Plan, coordinate and lead the scenario (severe but plausible) testing exercises for specific business services, gather disruption tolerance levels and test regularly to ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare periodic reports and critical metrics
- Coordinate developments in the risk landscape and assist in developing mitigation strategies
