About the Role
Join a team of security professionals and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As the Senior Performance Coach, you'll be tasked with enabling high-performance teams, cultivating the agile mentality and enabling teams, team members, and leaders to create safe and fun environments. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.
About the team
The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re. We are responsible for all aspects of cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk, and compliance. We define and advance the company's security strategy. As a part of the Security Team the Strategy, Delivery & Operations Centre of Excellence (CoE) drives the Security Team's overall strategy and acts as a hub for its continuous improvement with a strong focus on culture, ambition, and mandate. We're looking for an experienced individual who will embody the values of coaching, promote functional team dynamics and design, and help us to establish the Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose (AMP) framework in every role within the security family.

In your role, you will…
-Help teams continuously review and reflect on how they can improve Swiss Re security every day – refining mission scope and clarity, helping them to become increasingly effective in their roles, and increasing their predictability, collaboration, and quality practices
-Foster teams' self-organisation, collaboration and sharing, and promote a feedback culture
-Break down silos and increase awareness and collaboration across our teams and with external stakeholders
-Apply innovative and creative thinking while dealing with challenges
-Embody the leadership role in building a culture of inclusivity
-Support the creation of personal development plans and enable career growth
-Accompany teams and organisations to develop working practices and adapt to their needs, uphold good practices, and discard the unnecessary
-Develop and deliver training to all levels of the organisation
-Increase agile awareness, help to create an agile mindset across the enterprise
-Establish and implement metrics to optimise team delivery and measure business agility in terms of predictability, reliability, and adaptability
-Work with teams to focus on their objectives (OKRs) and by instilling a delivery mindset
-Be someone who believes in continuous innovation, is curious and relentless in finding a better way everyday
