In this position you will support the team of Business Coordinators in administering the reinsurance business.

This position includes:

- Coordination of own business portfolio in collaboration with Business Teams,
- Administration, data entry and contract management,
- Handling end to end processes, reminding of pending tasks, deadlines and follow-up actions
- Daily use of Swiss Re tools, applications, and MS office package,
- Composition of various kind of outcomes (Power point – for client visits or events, Excel Spreadsheets, etc.),
- Communication and collaboration within the team and other departments,
- Scheduling of meetings and any other tasks upon requests.
- Ad hoc tasks

You will be part of the Business Services team with overall responsibility for coordinating the Reinsurance Non-Life business managed by European Branches. Business Services are the port of call for our internal clients and for all administrative tasks.

In this role you will know the structure, needs and potential of our clients and collaborate locally with other departments of the Swiss Re Group for the accomplishment of objectives of Division Europe.
