The programme offers you the chance to join the dynamic, fast-moving world of a leading risk knowledge organisation. Over an 18-month period, you’ll receive on- and off-the-job training, including a job rotation that gives you the opportunity to work across different business units.

About the role

Are you keen to learn how we provide data and information for business monitoring and decision at all levels? Then join us our team!

Your main activities will be understanding business needs, capturing requirements, designing and implementing dashboards, interacting with the data engineers & developing data literacy capabilities within iptiQ.

Main tasks:

-Understand business needs for data and insights across the entire insurance value chain

-Engage with business and technology to design and implement data analytics products and services

-Analyze operational data in order to provide trends and actionable insights, e.g., into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics

-Build dashboards for business monitoring, insights and decisions at all management levels

-Collaborate on development of advanced statistical and machine learning models

-Maintain close alignment with the SwissRe group data & analytics functions

-Further develop iptiQ data culture

About the team

Join our highly motivated team of 10 located in Bratislava and Zurich. We are proud of covering end-to-end data & analytics process, including partner management and data-driven business. We are a multifunctional technology and business team, including business analysts, data engineers, data scientists, data stewards. We build latest data technologies: cloud-based data lake, streaming, ai/machine learning.
