About the role


This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with colleagues from other locations in region EMEA. We are looking for two self-starters with a 'can do' mentality to support the leadership team of the region to achieve its goals.
This position has two dimensions: On the one hand you provide administrative support to a broad leadership team. On the other hand, you will support the Customer and Distribution managers of the region in their daily business and work closely with the Head of the CEO EMEA Office to contribute to the success in EMEA.


About the team


You will be part of a team of 4-5 motivated people, with its head sitting in Zurich. The team is in a build-up phase and therefore you will be one of the first two new joiners in Bratislava. The world is always changing – so can we: To build the way forward you will work on innovative ideas to meet the changing customer requirements.


Your responsibilities

• Organize internal (e.g. team meetings, offsites) and external (e.g. Client Advisory Panel) meetings/events
• Handle day-to-day operations and specific tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and finalize slides and briefings for client meetings and summarize debriefings
• Prepare and attend monthly broker and client meetings
• Create internal (e.g. newsletter) and external (e.g. monthly event list) communication material
• Use internal data systems to collect data and assist in account planning and calculations; populate submission lists
• Coordinate and ensure information flow between various departments (e.g. Customer & Distribution community and Customer Experience

• Coordinate, organize and proactively manage schedules and calendars
• Handle expenses and invoices and arrange business travel
• Onboard new joiners

Information about the selection process

• Sutitable for fresh graduates, big plus is some working experience supporting executives / relevant business experience
• High energy with proven organization and time management skills; able to manage priorities of different partners with different deadlines in the most efficient way
• Very strong interpersonal and organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, work on multiple priorities and work independently and as a team in an ambiguous environment
• Self-starter, think ahead, ability to quickly adapt and execute in organized manner
• Ability to execute in a multifaceted, changing and matrix environment
• It is encouraged to carry out daily work without a lot of instructions and/or mentorship
• Great teammate with clear communication skills, self-motivated, dedicated and results driven person
• Proficiency with MS Office programs
• Excellent command of English
