You will directly oversee a team of Chapter members. In addition you will assume the role of the Tech Area Lead (TAL) for the Cyber Defence Product Area. • As the Chapter Lead of System Engineering, you also assume Technical Area Lead (TAL) responsibilities in the Product Area (PA). You define the future platform / tech stack, as well as the tech strategy of the PA.
• You contribute to goal setting and performance reviews and provide feedback to individuals supporting them on their career path.
• You will work closely with the Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Product Area Lead to ensure the squads have the support they need
• You ensure that knowledge is shared within and outside the chapter and that members support each other in growing and delivering great work
• As a Squad member you will contribute in one or more of these competencies into your assigned squad, demonstrating your mastery of the topics in your purview.
