We look for somebody who will:

- Lead, develop, mentor and run the EMEA Corso & iptiQ Recruitment Team
- Own Corso EMEA operational recruitment and be accountable for strategic important metrics delivery
- Drive a pilot of internal sourcing (headhunting) service with the strive to embed it as a permanent service
- Promote and live an environment of a constant improvement listening to customer voice
- Act as mentor for team members and encourage them to find the alternatives and enthusiastically address recruitment challenges
- Act as a change agent and handle the expectations/ answer questions/ sell the changes to key partners
- Drive recruitment projects and initiatives
- Establish and maintain open and regular communication with HR colleagues and key customers
- Handle key business partners, act as the critical issue point of contact for any topics
- Apply a commercial mind-set to ensure that recruitment is delivered in the most efficient and cost-effective way while achieving hiring excellence and an unparalleled candidate experience
- Responsible to mitigate risk relevant in recruiting (implement the compliance of all internal and external regulations concerning recruitment, partner with legal department to guarantee compliance with local legislations in recruitment)

Our team supervises full recruitment cycle in EMEA. The team consists of Recruitment Advisors (who advise end to end recruitment process), Recruitment Coordinators (responsible for covering the recruitment administration) and Talent Sourcers (who increases passive candidates' pipeline and prepares talent mappings). They are all based in Bratislava. The team consists of up to 10 people and provides a dedicated Recruitment service to 2 allocated Swiss Re business units: Corporate Solutions (Corso) and iptiQ.

Personality requirements and skills

You have built your career in an international company. The recruitment expertise throughout the EMEA region would put you at a distinct advantage. Further we expect:

- Successful (5+ years') experience in running global full cycle recruiting process in house
- Confirmed people management experience (5+ years)
- Demonstrable experience in leading initiatives and projects
- Experienced in the area of sourcing, headhunting or executive search
- Excellent communication and social skills proved ability to advise business leaders
- Be curious and challenge the current situation
- Flourish with working with ambiguity and in a highly matrixed environment
- Impact–driver, inspiring leader, demonstrate efficiencies in the use of technologies
- Proficient in English, German is a nice to have
