iptiQ is a dynamic and growing start-up unit within the Swiss Re Group that was established to provide innovative insurance solutions for consumers. We are looking for an engaged and agile Automation Developer to join our iptiQ Life&Health Claims and Underwriting Team in Bratislava. You will be instrumental in evolving and supporting the current versions of our Automated Underwriting tool, Magnum, for our EMEA markets. The automation of Claims and Underwriting is a key deliverable for us, enabling our clients to benefit from optimized operational processes and providing the foundation for future growth opportunities.

Together with our Claims and UW experts you will enable iptiQ to meet its sales and customer service objectives by analyzing and identifying needs and news in the rules. By using a dedicated Low-Code/No-Code Tool you will be responsible for designing, specifying, developing, testing and producing our automatization tools.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Work alongside Claims & UW specialists around EMEA to identify, analyze and improve key information for automatization.
• Produce clear specification documents.
• Build efficient automated rules for our automatization in Claims & UW.
• Implement automated rules (via visual editor and some coding).
• Build and execute unit and scenario tests.
• Maintain and contribute the development of testing, processes and best practices.
