We are building up an insurance sales platform and looking for a highly motivated professional who will play a pivotal role in the IT partner onboarding team. Your role

Our IT onboarding teams drive and deliver partner solutions based on our white-label sales platform launching them across EMEA. Each project spans multiple teams, locations and involves configuration and new feature build on our platform. As Program Manager you plan, execute, track and lead end to end solutions to ensure timely delivery of the desired business value. You coordinate and drive efforts across multiple IT teams – focused on our product and including operations, infrastructure, and all other functions vital to deliver our goals. You drive the program vision and roadmap and keep teams aligned to ensure success.

Responsibilities include:
- Organize and lead planning activities resulting in the creation and maintenance of a program roadmap. Ensure all teams align with planning expectations.
- Proactively navigate across stakeholder groups to establish interdependencies, identify risks and resource constraints, and eliminate significant roadblocks.
- Lead effective project / program governance and stakeholder management, ensuring adequate understanding of timelines, resource needs, risks, impediments, and dependencies.
- Exercise smart decision-making and effectively collaborate with team leaders to address key issues energetically and on time.
- Develop critical metrics for the program and ensure their tracking to advise on actions.
- Ensure regular communication with adjacent programs and teams.
- Lead program retrospectives and commitment to improvement on a regular cadence.
- Maintain awareness of cross program synergies and actively communicate opportunities to simplify or better align work across teams.
- Assess current methodology, identify gaps, and continuously improve the process to support our ambitious onboarding schedule.

Personality requirements and skills

- 4+ years of successful track record in leading agile programs / projects to deliver technical solutions and achieve business results, positively impacting the customer experience.
- Solid understanding of SDLC in the context of web applications - our teams work with GraphQL and ReactJS.
- Demonstrable ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating throughout all levels of the organization including senior leaders.
- An inherent bias to action with strong leadership skills; self-motivated and a self-starter with a “Can do” attitude.
- Standout colleague, energetic personality, quality minded, committed and able to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment.
- High degree of professional confidence and credibility with effective presence, strong written and verbal communication of technical concepts and plans at all levels.
- Sharp business and technical judgment, detail oriented yet able to always see the "big picture".
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to prioritize among many conflicting needs, advocate a course of action, and pursue it consistently.
