Job description, responsibilities and duties

We maintain process and control documentation and operating procedures in the appointed area.
We support tasks in Operational Risk Self-Assessment.
We follow-up on assigned Operational Events, perform root cause analysis, support design and implementation of management actions and supervise progress of resolution.
We perform assigned controls and operational tasks in responsibility of Governance FGO.
We support maintenance of non-technical signing authorities change requests.
We analyze and understand data out of system and prepare various reports to management.
We perform other assigned ad-hoc tasks.

This position is within the Finance Group Operations Division. The strong team environment gives you the chance to influence the way of doing things, you will be encouraged to bring and develop new insights and solutions and therefore directly contribute to the team's success. Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

University student in the area of finance, accounting, economics or similar.
Ability to familiarise quickly with new IT systems and tools and proficiency in handling data. Knowledge of SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
Self-motivated and self-starter with personal dedication to succeed and achieve results. The ability to collaborate with others and contribute to a high-performance team in order to achieve common goals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The inner drive to do things better, to meet and exceed goals and to keep improving things through creativity and innovation.
Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Power Point Access.
You speak English fluently, you have no problem to write emails and collaborate via Skype. We consider as your advantage if you speak any other European language.
Languages skills: English proficient written and spoken (minimum C1).
