Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your main responsibility in this position will be to ensure adequacy of guarantees issued by banks in favor of Swiss Re clients. This is achieved through active coordination of various internal departments, our clients and banks. The job itself along with Swiss Re's knowledge-sharing culture offers an excellent opportunity to gain insight into collateral and asset management, as well as reinsurance.

• Administration of collateral contracts (mainly Letters of Credit) between Swiss Re, its clients and banks
• Collateral adjustments – bank instructions and corresponding internal bookings based on coordination between clients and internal departments
• Maintenance and control of collateral data
• Calculation and approval of internal and external fees
• Day-to-day contact with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaboration on new tasks, projects, ad hoc queries and initiatives
• Acting as deputy to other team members
• Proactive knowledge sharing
• Seeking for improvements and simplifications
