Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your main responsibility in this position will be to analyze and maintain static data in asset management software platforms. You will be able to gain understanding of the nature and impact of data maintained and the ability to ensure their highest quality through performing various checks, report queries and data reconciliations.
• Setup and maintenance of a high variety of financial security types. Examples like fixed income securities, asset-backed securities, equities and different derivatives
• Coordination of portfolio creation, modification and termination from static data perspective
• End-to-end data integrity checks to ensure highest data quality
• Collaboration with partners in getting to understand their data needs and requirements
• Collaboration on new tasks, projects, ad hoc queries and initiatives
• Acting as deputy to other team members
• Proactive knowledge sharing
• Seeking for improvements and simplifications

Our Asset Management team creates an efficient operating environment which supports all financial market activities conducted by Swiss Re. Our company invests in a multitude of innovative products and asset classes, including catastrophe bonds, infrastructure loans, private equity funds, derivatives and many more. Joining Client Readiness Solutions team gives you a rare possibility to gain the most insight across all AM Business Services teams into many interesting aspects of a trade life-cycle and you will learn different characteristics of a variety of products that exist in the financial markets.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to get familiar with tools like Bloomberg Professional and Blackrock Aladdin, which are widely used by investment professionals across the world.
