About the Role
As part of the CISO office, you will work with various partners across the company to maintain and advance our capability to collect, process, visualise, understand and interpret Swiss Re's cyber security performance and key risk indicators. In addition, you will provide data-based insights on both the operational and strategic level.
Activities you´ll perform:
• You maintain the complete cyber security performance and risk indicator reporting process from information capture to visualisation by cooperating with various stakeholders and performing technical tasks across the organisation.
• You continuously advance the reporting process by extending its feature set and improving its efficiency and quality.
• You perform in-depth data analysis on raw data, prepare reports on the respective findings and communicate those effectively.
• You understand reporting indicators and are able to interpret and formalize them
• You propose and develop new ways and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Swiss Re's cyber defence capabilities.
• You can identify reporting needs at different level – Operational, Business Unit as well as Strategic

About the team
The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) function is the principal point for cyber and information security activities across Swiss Re. We have the role to oversee security governance, risk and compliance, define and advance the company's cyber security concepts as well as carry out the implementation of necessary security capabilities. About You
Do you have hands-on experience in data analysis and visual reporting? Are you ready to develop creative solutions to measure and communicate the security performance of a large international corporation within a dynamic and complex threat landscape?
Are you passionate about cyber security and its challenge of making risk-oriented decisions in a highly complex environment?

Your skills comprise
• Significant knowledge and experience of data analysis and visual reporting as well as enabling technologies; Power BI is a plus.
• Dedicated mindset and ability to think end-to-end.
• Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Capacity to manage and conduct workloads and underlying tasks independently and on time.
• Ability to understand technical challenges and solve them creatively using various digital tools.
• An affinity for developing data analysis solutions tailored for technical consumers.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and engaging manner and to build easily understood reporting.
• Basic understand of the technical layer of Information Security.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
